Shipping Policy

All items are mailed through the US Postal Service and will have delivery confirmation within the USA. For international orders, please be advised that not all shipping options provide tracking outside of the USA. If the shipping method you select does not provide tracking we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered packages once they have left the USA.

We will ship internationally, but we are not responsible for any customs charges or duty charges. Please be aware that the value of the item is put on the shipping label automatically, and we cannot say that it is a gift or change the value of the item.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure a correct shipping address is placed on the order. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, you must either pay the shipping fee again to have it shipped again or pay a 10% restocking fee.

We cannot be responsible for disputes within local postal organizations that result in delays.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and are sold as-is and as described. Vintage items can and sometimes do have slight imperfections and wear as they are authentically vintage. We do our best to detail any and all imperfections there might be on an item listed.

**** We will not refund for buyers remorse.****

Please read through the Item description and make sure to view all the pictures provided for that item as these are part of the description. We try to describe each item to the best of our ability. If you have questions, please contact us by using the “contact shop owner” link on the page of the item.

“IF” a return is authorized, we will refund your purchase price (minus all shipping cost) within (5) days of receiving your return (items) back.

We will not refund if an incorrect shipping address is placed on the order and the item is not returned to us.

We do our best to describe and photograph the items as accurately as possible, but keep in mind our “Vintage” items are 20+ years old and have seen some wear. We do our best to find and bring (to our store and to you) the very best in Vintage. If there is more wear than normal we will be sure to let you know.

We try very hard to describe the items as accurately as possible and will take good photos. We will always include measurements. Please check these before purchase.

Also, please keep in mind that vintage items are not always in perfect condition and we state their condition in each description.

Any errors made are unintentional with no thought to mislead or deceive. Please contact us with any questions and we’ll be happy to answer! We’ll also be happy to send additional photos if there is a different view that you want!

Please note that the colors shown in the photos may differ from the actual item. Color variations differ from computer to computer, please keep that in mind, as we will not refund for color discrepancies unless we make the mistake in the description.
