Description
This is a very pretty small oval dish. It has lovely gilding as well as beautiful flowers in the center and on the sides. It would look lovely sitting on the vanity for rings or small jewelry.
The mark says Eleanor Bavaria and there is also an imprinted M on it. The blue Eleanor Bavaria mark was put on many Shumann pieces and Eleanor was a Bavarian exporter. What is known for certain is that the mark dates the piece around the 1918 to 1921.
Measures 9.3″ by 4″ by 1.2″
This dish is in very good vintage condition. It has little wear and no chips, cracks, or scratches.
