This is a quite rare English Bone China porcelain Jam Jar or Condiment set from Burgess Bros of Staffordshire England decorated in an Imari type design. It still has its original serving tray. Finding a matching pair with the tray is very rare.
Rather Charming and perfect for you Sunday morning breakfast or afternoon tea to serve jam for your scones. Could serve mustard and relish as well.
The pot measures 4.25″ high with the lid and approx. 3″ wide.
The tray measures 10.75″ long by 5.25″ wide.
The Mark indicates that this was made between 1922 and 1939.
It is in very good condition considering how old it is. The colors are vibrant. There is some wear on the chrome, especially on the handle, but remember how old it is. The jars have no chips or cracks and are very clean inside and very useable.
