We are offering the 1962 The Art of French Cooking – By the Great Contemporary Masters of the Cuisine – New Revised Edition. This is the world famous Flammarion cookbook translated into English and adapted for the American cook. These are recipes of the incomparable French cuisine, created by the great chefs of France. This book has more than 600 illustrations in black and white and color. It even has menu plans and suggestions on wines to serve with various dishes.

Other than some wear to the dust jacket, the book is in excellent condition inside. The inside appears not to have been opened often.

This cookbook contains 864 pages and measures approximately 7-1/2″ by 10-3/4″ by 2-5/8″.
