Description
Dominic John Mingolla’s painting “The Balloon Man” is commemorated on this bright and cheerful plate. This was made by Calhoun in 1979 and comes in its original box with the authentic letter from Calhoun about this plate.
Measures 8.5″ across. The box has gotten slightly damaged over the years, but the plate is in great condition.
