Here is an outstanding hand painted vase from James Hadley of Worcester England. Decorated with hand painted beautiful roses that are so detailed the look like a photograph. This is one of the finest examples of hand painted that I have come across. James Hadley used to be the principle modeler at Royal Worcester before starting his own company. This is really something quite special.
The mark dates this piece to 1902 to 1905..
The vase measures about 8″ high and 5.75″ wide, 8.25″ with the handles. It is in amazing condition considering its age. There are no chips or cracks on the top part of the vase. The base does havea crack. Some minor wear on the some parts of the gold trim. The inside is clean.
