Description
This is a delightful large plate or charger from Zeh Scherzer & Co Bavaria Germany titled Rembrandt ges gesch decorated with a beautiful portrait of a young woman with a nice thick scalloped gold trim. The mark dates this piece from 1896 to 1906. Photos do not do it justice.
The plate measures 12.75″ in diameter.
It is in very good vintage condition considering its age. I do not see any cracks or scratches, some minor wear a on the trim I think from being on display , but please check the photos as they are part of the description.
