This is a vintage Lesney Matchbox Y-8 Models of Yesteryear 1917 Yorkshire Steam Wagon Die Cast Car in its original box featuring “Johnnie Walker Whiskey” design. This series is highly sort after and collectible and is well known for its attention to detail. Loved these cars as a child. This one is still tied down so had never left the box.

This model was issued in 1987.

Measures approx 4″ by 1.5″ by 1.75″.

The car is in excellent vintage condition. Does not look played with at all. Box looks good and a couple of scuffs or edge wear.
