Rare 1880s Hand Painted Bohemia Porcelain Violet Ewer Pitcher Vase with Gold Dragon Head handle- Delightful

These are very rare indeed. Here is absolutely delightful hand painted Ewer Picher or Vase from Robert Hanke Bohemia Austria , decorated with hand painted violet flowers on a white porcelain background. The top of the vase is a lovely cream color. The handle is exquisite and ornate with a dragon head gold gilded handle. This is an exceptional piece.

This will look marvelous in a china cabinet or on the mantle . Beautiful items like this do not always come around.

The only marks on the bottom are some numbers 114 and 1, which are the mold and pattern numbers. The original over glaze Hanke mark has long worn off, but this style was produced 1882-1914

It measures approx 9.5″ high and 4.5″ wide at its widest point. At the top it measures about 1.5″ wide. It is in very good condition and has no chips or cracks.
