He has presented “a versatile cooking style that maximizes flavor and simplicity and minimizes preparation time and effort”. I love these recipes and think I would even try making them, especially the Cod Cakes with Orange-Basil Oil or maybe the lamb burger with goat cheese so these recipes are not difficult or I would not try them.

This book is in Like New condition with minor shelf wear (the dust jacket is also in great condition). There is no writing or other notable wear to the book. Please examine the photos as they are part of the description.
