Description
Vintage Royal Albert English Bone China teacup & saucer set in the “Old English Rose” Pattern is exquisitely decorated with vivid pink and purple roses and a heavy gold trim. It has the early Crown China mark rather than the later Bone China mark. Truly delightful and highly sort after. This pattern was later changed to a smaller brushed gold trim and then discontinued.
Very delicate and perfect to stick your picky out for afternoon tea.
The Royal Albert mark with the Crown China designation was used by Thomas Wild Longton factory from 1927 to 1935 only. So this is a very old teacup.
The Teacup measures 2″ high and 3.75″ across not including the handle.
The Saucer measures 5.5″ across.
It is in very good condition. No chips, cracks or scratches, looks like it was hardly used, a couple of pin size wear spots are the only defect I can see, but please examine the photos closely as they are part of the description
