Description
A 1940s Vogue #5059 sewing pattern for a Size 16 slim skirt jumper pattern, a classic 1940s style piece. The pattern is not printed or stamped as was the custom for patterns from this era (patterns weren’t printed until the 1950s). Patterns from this era were cut by the manufacturer, which is the case for this pattern.
Keep in mind that a Size 16 in 1940 is not the same as a size 16 today. The pattern gives the measurements as follows:

There is some minor wear to the pattern from storage. The envelope has some wear from storage (see photos).
