For its age it is in very good condition , binding is solid, cover is clean and presentable, slight corner tear top left and fold on right corner, pages are crisp with very slight toning only, center page is loose. Very readable and presentable.

Measures 13.5″ by 10.5″.

Will be shipped with cardboard backing and in a archival storage sleeve.
