Here is a delightful Vintage Germany/Romany Porcelain China Open Handle Cake Plate decorated in Pink/White roses and little Blue flowers on a white background.. It measures 9.25″ and has very light ware on it with no chips or cracks. .Is marked Germany Romany on the back, dating it to probably the 1930s.
